IM SO FRIKIN GIDDY!
Okay, so my last blog was about Barry Lygas amazing book "The Astonishing Adventures of Fanboy and Gothgirl"
well I went to Barrys website. (www.barrylyga.com) and I thought I was posting a comment, but it actually sent to Barry. AND HE REPLIED! THAT MADE MY DAY! So yeah, this is just another reason you should read his books, because when you say nice things about them he replies, like the amazing author he is. :D My amazing fan art of Fanboy and Gothgirl however, is in my art binder in my classroom. So here is just another "rough draft" that I did, of Donnie and Kyra. It looks really weird I know, but its just the rough draft. Also, I have Kyras features down, but her hair is covering her eyes because when Fanboy first meets Kyra, her hair is covering her Hazel eyes. Yeah, I know you can barely see it, but Kyra's necklace actually has the yellow eyes and mouth, it's just hard to tell. Oh, and Liz, i'll be happy to let you borrow my books. I'm buying my books from Borders, it seems whenever I go there they always have the book I'm looking for, instead of stupid Barnes and Nobles, that has NOTHING THAT IM LOOKING FOR when I stop in there. Okay, so anyway, Barry wanted me to send him the link to the photo. Sucks that I forgot it in my binder, but I have the next best thing(even if it happens to be a crappy version of the thing, that's okay) Fanboy's eyes are like that because I drew them before I could draw eyes that don't look like anime. (Sorry Barry!)
